Join Our Company as a Warehouse Picker – Packer! Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Picker - Packer to join our operations team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain by accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment, as well as, supporting daily assembly projects. - Organizing labels to coincide with warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Safely navigate the warehouse using the mouse cart as transportation
- Verifying customer labels and order details for efficient picking
- Packing product with 100% accuracy into designated labeled bags for each order
- Handing off completed orders to the shipping department in a timely manner
- Support the assembly department by assembling parts following the last daily parcel pickup
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work area
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned within the warehouse. i.e. shipping, receiving, assembly, etc.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on order precision to achieve 100% accuracy in picking and packing, so our customers receive exactly what they order
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch and pick up to 50lbs
- Reliability: Showing up daily to support the team, strong time-management skills and a solid work ethic to support the team’s daily goals
- Active warehouse environment
- Frequent lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing and pulling of small parts and packages up to 50lb’s or more
