We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Representative with experience in providing professional support within a fast-paced call center environment. Skilled in handling high volumes of inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and delivering accurate information while maintaining exceptional service standards. The candidate must demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills, with a commitment to achieving customer satisfaction, meeting performance metrics, and building positive customer relationships. Proficient in multitasking, navigating customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Qualifications:

2+ years experience previously in customer service, call center, or administrative support preferred.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, professional, and courteous assistance.

Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs.

Proven ability to resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions.

Strong attention to detail when handling customer records, transactions, and requests.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Professional demeanor with the ability to remain patient and composed in challenging situations.

Basic computer skills, including experience with email, data entry, and customer service systems.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining high service standards.

 

Responsibilities-

Onsite, The work schedule is Monday-Thursday 9:30 am - 6 pm, Friday 9:30 am - 5 pm

Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers through phone or email interactions.

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about their account or our services.

Listen actively to customer concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

Document customer interactions, update records, and maintain accurate information in company systems.

Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude during all customer interactions.

Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and provide feedback to management.

Meet performance goals related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Keep record of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, as this information may be used for analysis and to improve client services

Uploading documents to client files

Evaluating Credit Reports, and advising clients on ways to improve credit scores

Asking for referrals and reviews

Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly performance goals
