We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Collections Specialist to join our rapidly growing team located in Beverly MA. You will support the collection team needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm. Your day as a Collections Specialist As a Collections Specialist at Ironhorse Funding LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on managing accounts receivable and effectively communicating with clients to ensure timely payments. You will utilize our systems to track outstanding payments, send reminders, and negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional demeanor. Expect to collaborate closely with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance our collection processes. Adaptability is key, as you'll handle various customer scenarios and adjust your approach accordingly. You will also document all interactions accurately to uphold our values of accountability and integrity. Regular meetings with your team will help foster communication and keep everyone aligned with our goals. Ultimately, your contributions will be vital in supporting the financial health of our company while nurturing positive client relationships. Your Next Chapter Build your collections career while serving customers. As a mid-level Collections Specialist, you'll help protect account health by connecting with consumers about delinquent accounts, understanding willingness/ability to pay, and guiding them to the right repayment options.
