Reports to: Director of Operations Responsibilities: Monitor production processes and equipment to ensureoptimalefficiency and minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with all company policies, GMPs, HACCP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards. Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals, priorities, and performance expectations. Investigate and resolve production, quality, and safety issuesin a timely manner. Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to support operational objectives. Maintainaccurateproduction records, reports, and performance metrics. Monitor laborutilizationand staffing levels to meet production demands. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and operational excellence. Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. Support new product launches, process improvements, and operational projects. Profile High School Diploma or GEDrequired;post-secondary education in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, ora relatedfield is preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in food, beverage, packaging, bottling, or PET manufacturing is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality systems. Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting systems. Ability toworkflexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and overtime asrequired. Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
