We are seeking a professional, organized Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for visitors while providing administrative support and helping maintain a clean, welcoming office environment.

Schedule & Location:

• In-person, 5 days per week
• Red Bank, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage front desk operations
• Handle mail, deliveries, and visitor coordination
• Provide administrative support (scheduling, documents, data entry)
• Maintain and restock office and common areas (break rooms, conference rooms)
• Coordinate meeting room setup and general office needs
• Coordinate office events, venues, reservations, menus, vendors
• Provide necessary support Managing Director

Qualifications:

• 13 years of receptionist or administrative experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
