What You'll Get Guaranteed 36 hrs/week (three 12s) Consistent flexibility - pick your two days off; at least one weekend day may be needed Low ratios - maximum of 4 residents per nurse plus 24/7 aide assistance Full paid training - ventilator, trach, and ongoing clinical support Always supported - 24/7 clinical supervisors + a close-knit team Predictable schedules - weekly schedule released every Friday by 5 PM If you want stable hours, meaningful work, and a peaceful setting without hospital chaos, this is it. What You'll Do Provide high-quality care to adults with complex medical needs. Float between Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish Adult Family Homes as assigned. Be available to cover overtime or sick calls when needed (outside of your two protected days off). Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical supervisors to ensure the best care possible. What You Need to Get Started: You'll need an active, unrestricted Washington State LPN license and a current CPR/BLS certification. This role also requires the flexibility to work across multiple locations and cover shifts as needed, along with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional, patient-focused care.
