Internal Medicine Physician

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team in Portland, OR. This highly valued position supports our department by alternating clinic time with managing In Basket work for colleagues. It offers flexibility and work-life balance with opportunities to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Alternate clinic time with managing In Basket work for colleagues.
• Provide primary care panel management.
• Provide in-basket coverage (phone only).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting.
• Participate in shared call among Oregon clinicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of primary care clinical experience (new graduates not eligible).
• Candidate must reside in Oregon or Washington.
• Full-time (1.0 FTE) flexible schedule (4 days/week).
• Must be able to manage a primary care panel and In Basket coverage simultaneously.

Compensation

Salary model based on years of experience: $131,319 - $159,432.
