Pay Range: $56/hr - $59/hour. Employee benefits include but are not limited to health insurance (medical dental vision) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review prior authorization requests based on defined criteria to determine medication approval or denial.
• Meet a production goal of 90% with an average of 40 cases completed per day.
• Maintain a quality goal of 95% for Q1 2026 and 99% for Q2-Q4 2026.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure compliance and transparency in the authorization process.
• Foster a culture of accountability courage curiosity trust and service within the team.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 1 years of experience in retail hospital managed care or PBM settings with prior authorization review experience preferred.
• Bachelors or Doctorate of Pharmacy degree.
• Current states Pharmacist license with no restrictions.
• Preferred: Pharmacist Licenses in NC CA NJ AZ KS TX IN GA.
• Familiarity with Outlook Teams SharePoint and Excel is a plus.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills flexibility and the ability to learn quickly.
