Territory Sales Manager - Surgical Medical Devices Boston, MA | Field-Based | Covering Northeast Territory Build a Territory. Influence Surgeons. Sell Technology That Makes a Difference. Rep-Lite is partnering with an established medical device manufacturer to identify a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the Northeastern United States. This is an opportunity to represent an innovative portfolio of surgical technologies trusted by surgeons for nearly four decades while joining a company that still offers the agility, visibility, and career growth of a smaller organization. If you're a hunter who enjoys opening new accounts, building surgeon relationships, navigating complex hospital systems, and owning your business, this is the opportunity you've been looking for. Territory Based in the Greater Boston area covering: Massachusetts Connecticut Rhode Island New Hampshire Vermont Maine Approximately 50% overnight travel throughout the territory. Why This Opportunity? Unlike large medical device companies where territories are often saturated, this position offers the opportunity to truly grow a business. You’ll represent innovative surgical technologies used across multiple specialties including: Vascular Surgery General Surgery Plastic Surgery Trauma Transplant Urology Colorectal Thoracic Surgery Robotic Surgery You’ll work directly with surgeons, OR teams, hospital leadership and supply chain to introduce technologies that improve workflow and patient care. What You’ll Do As the Territory Sales Manager, you’ll own your territory from prospecting through long-term account growth. Responsibilities include: Drive new business development throughout the Northeast Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, administrators and supply chain Sell both capital equipment and disposable products Lead product evaluations and clinical demonstrations Support product trials and in-servicing Develop physician champions within key accounts Navigate Value Analysis Committee (VAC) and capital approval processes Execute a strategic territory business plan Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM documentation Represent the company at conferences, educational meetings and industry events We’re Looking For Someone Who Has 5+ years of surgical or operating room medical device sales experience Proven success selling into hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers Experience calling directly on surgeons Experience selling capital equipment, disposable products or both Strong business development and prospecting skills Demonstrated history of quota attainment Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills Ability to travel overnight throughout the Northeast (approximately 50%) Bachelor’s degree preferred Highly Preferred Experience Candidates with experience selling into any of the following environments are encouraged to apply: Robotic Surgery General Surgery Vascular Plastics Colorectal Trauma Cardiac Urology Capital Equipment Surgical Navigation OR Equipment Experience launching new products or growing underdeveloped territories is highly valued.
