Job Title

Travel RN – Telemetry / Medical-Surgical (Night Shift, 13-Week Contract)

Contract | Travel | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 24-bed Telemetry/Cardiovascular unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio on both day and night shifts
• Monitor and manage patients post-procedure following cardiac catheterizations, TAVR, ablations, Watchman device implantation, and pacemaker placements
• Administer and manage cardiac drips and monitor patients on continuous telemetry
• Collaborate with charge nurses, patient care technicians, and monitor technicians to deliver safe, high-quality care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Allscripts
• Float to like units as required per unit floating policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Telemetry or Medical-Surgical setting
• Post-cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology (EP) recovery experience required
• Demonstrated knowledge of telemetry monitoring and cardiac patient care
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Availability to work every other weekend per scheduling requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for patients post-TAVR, ablation, Watchman, STEMI, pacemaker, or CardioMEMS procedures
• Familiarity with Allscripts electronic health record documentation system
• Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiovascular or telemetry unit
