Location Requirement Must live in Honolulu, HI Schedule / Availability Monday–Friday Availability window options (create an 8-hour shift) :6 :00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Details Steady, pre-scheduled, recurring medical appointments Long and short distance trips. Consistent routes, predictable income, and weekday availability. Pay & Contractor Status 1099 Independent Contractor Drivers earn a base rate plus mileage for member loaded miles. Earnings discussed and emailed during a phone screen. Paid weekly via direct deposit Vehicle Requirements Fuel-efficient vehicle with a good MPG rating No vans or gas guzzlers Your name MUST be listed on the Registration and Insurance of the vehicle you will use. General Preliminary Requirements: Be 21 years of age or older. Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years. Be a registered owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition. Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years). Have a good Driving Record - No more than one moving violations or at fault accidents in previous three (3) years, No DUI / DWI or suspensions in the past five (3) years. Network Onboarding Requirements: Clean background & driving record Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or willing to obtain) CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete online) Complete CTAA PASS and NSC Driver Safety online training (3 - 4 hrs each; provided) Why work with Provado Mobile Healthcare?
