Assistant General Manager - Taco John's, Dickinson, ND Location: 180 14th St W, Dickinson, ND 58601 Wage: $19.50 - $21.60 per hour Your Role & Responsibilities Support daily operations: assist the General Manager in ensuring smooth restaurant performance, staffing, and efficiency. Train & lead the team: guide, mentor, and motivate employees to uphold high standards of service and teamwork. Enhance guest experience: address guest concerns professionally, ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience. Manage inventory & financials: assist with inventory tracking, cash handling, and financial reporting to support profitability.
