Preventative Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Preventative Maintenance Technician , you will provide essential support through equipment maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair services for batteries and chargers. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to ensure reliable equipment performance and high levels of customer satisfaction during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair on batteries and chargers
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
Install new equipment according to specifications
Provide prompt and professional customer support
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years' experience in equipment maintenance
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude
Customer service skills
Effective problem-solving abilities
Experience with technical documentation
Knowledge of safety standards
Good communication skills
Working knowledge of industrial batteries and chargers
