CNC Machinist PHB, Inc. Machining Division is currently looking for CNC Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Schedule: 2nd shift- 3pm-11pm, Monday- Friday 3rd shift- 11pm-7am Sunday- Thursday Position Responsibilities: Handle castings made of zinc and aluminum Load parts into the CNC machines, properly secure it with hydraulics, and start the cycle Visually inspect all parts Inspect parts using micrometer, calipers, and gages Complete at-machine documentation Proper usage of grinders and other hand tools, as needed Change tools as needed Read/understand basic machine programs Ability to read blueprints Qualifications: Working knowledge of CNC machine equipment, tooling, and processes Previous manufacturing experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Attention to detail PHB, Inc. offers competitive wages as well as a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including paid time off, medical and dental insurance, paid holidays, 401k and employer match.
