Premium Velocity Auto / Jiffy Lube (PVA) is seeking dependable, growth-minded Automotive Customer Service Advisors who can build trust, guide customers confidently, and deliver an exceptional experience from start to finish. No automotive experience needed we train! A valid driver's license is strongly preferred, but not required. Position: Customer Service Advisor (CSA) As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll guide customers through their entire visit while also performing basic maintenance services as a trained Lube Technician. This role combines customer service, sales, communication, and hands-on automotive work, creating strong career pathways in both customer care and automotive services.
