Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future. Role Senior Associates play an integral client‑facing project or work‑stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill‑sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data‑analysis and the identification of the “so‑what’s” therein, and on creating compelling client‑ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users MUST have Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management Practical or implementation experience in Workday with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management is preferred Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or practical experience with the application Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands‑on expertise with cloud‑based enterprise solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project team Position Level Senior Associate Country United States of America #J-18808-Ljbffr Huron
