entry level machine operator - 12 hour shifts

Job Description: Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable Machine Operators to join a fast-growing medical device manufacturing facility. In this temp-to-hire role, you will operate production machinery, monitor quality, and help produce critical medical devices in a clean and compliant environment. Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Jumpsuit / Cleanroom Gown Hairnet Safety Glasses Earplugs Steel-Toe Shoes / Boots Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting of automated or semi-automated medical manufacturing machinery. Wear required PPE (jumpsuit, hairnet, safety glasses, earplugs, steel toes) consistently and correctly during shifts. Perform quality inspections on finished medical components using basic measurement tools and visual checks. Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and cleanroom safety protocols. Maintain accurate production logs, lot records, and material documentation. Package and prepare finished medical products for sterilization or shipment. Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards. location: Buffalo Grove, IL work hours: 06:00 AM - 06:15 PM Dress Code Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips.
