Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Diagnostic Imaging

Schedule:
- 40 hour position (8 hour shifts)
- Days and evenings; occasional weekends; no holidays or nights

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 17 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:
- New York RN license (ONLY)
- BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
- ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
- 2 years of Registered Nursing experience
- Telemetry experience required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in a high-energy diagnostic imaging environment.
- Assist with CT scans, MRI, nuclear medicine scans, X-ray, ultrasound, and interventional radiology.
- Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with patients and healthcare staff.
- Apply critical thinking to assess patient needs and respond appropriately.

Compliance / Notes:
- Required to wear hospital-issued and laundered scrub pants and tops.
- Follow other infection prevention measures when needed in procedural areas.
