Banquet Server

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service during banquet events, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and layouts. Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests during events. Assist with clearing tables and resetting rooms between courses or events. Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout events. Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service delivery. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
