Logan Health is seeking a Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Rural Health Clinic in Conrad, Montana. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider who enjoys variety, flexibility, and the chance to care for patients in a close-knit community.
Position Highlights:
- Providing coverage in our busy, well-supported Rural Health Clinic
- Outpatient primary care serving patients of all ages
- Work alongside experienced physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff

About Conrad, Mt Conrad offers the best of Montana living friendly people, wide-open spaces, and quick access to Glacier National Park, hunting, fishing, hiking, and more. Located just an hour north of Great Falls, Conrad combines rural charm with convenient amenities.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Montana (or ability to obtain)
- Previous primary care experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
- Passion for rural health and patient-centered care
