A long-term care (LTC) pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to support their closed-door facility in Topeka, KS. This ongoing contract opportunity offers a consistent schedule working Thursdays and Fridays from 9 AM to 6 PM, ideal for pharmacists seeking part-time hours with a focus on quality and patient care.

Responsibilities include performing Quality Assurance (QA), conducting cycle checking, and verifying prescriptions with precision and accuracy. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of the pharmacy to ensure safe and effective medication delivery for long-term care patients.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Kansas Pharmacist License with a clean, no negative history record
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience; Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred but newer graduates and those with retail experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance processes
• Ability to start promptly and integrate seamlessly into the pharmacy team
