Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients presenting urgent and emergent conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient responses and make necessary adjustments to care protocols.
• Float to different units as needed and provide charge nurse duties.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in Cerner EMR.

Qualifications

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
• Valid Arizona RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR system preferred.
• Willing to work night shifts and float between units.
• Charge nurse experience is preferred for additional compensation incentives.
