Description The RISE Internship is a 13‑month paid residency for recent college graduates seeking hands‑on experience in the mental health field . Fellows work directly with children and adolescents in psychiatric residential treatment at Eliada , gaining clinical exposure while supporting youth through therapeutic and recreational activities.
