Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator

Tried and True Auto is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to help support both our automotive repair shop and vehicle sales operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and helping create a positive customer experience. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Customer Service Answer phones and assist customers Schedule appointments Welcome customers and visitors Coordinate vehicle pickups and key handoffs Assist with invoicing and payment collection Provide basic customer updates and communication Help maintain excellent customer satisfaction Administrative Support Data entry and document management Process repair and vehicle sale paperwork Assist with DMV documentation and filings Coordinate outsourced services such as detailing Maintain records and office organization Help manage appointment confirmations and follow-up communications Facility & Customer Experience Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming office environment Monitor office, restroom, and breakroom supplies Stock customer refreshments Help create a professional and comfortable waiting area Vehicle Sales Support Create and manage vehicle listings Coordinate photography, detailing, and emissions inspections Facilitate test drives Assist customers through vehicle purchase paperwork Support delivery of sold vehicles Qualifications We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly and professional Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new software Dependable and self-motivated Strong at communication and customer service Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Interested in helping a small business grow Automotive Experience? Automotive experience is helpful but not required. We can teach the industry-specific aspects of the position.
