SR Warehouse Manager

Description:
District Photo is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations across our manufacturing facilities in Beltsville, MD, Louisville, KY, and Phoenix, AZ .
What You'll Do
- Lead warehouse operations across three manufacturing facilities
- Develop warehouse supervisors and leadership teams
- Improve inventory accuracy and warehouse performance
- Standardize processes across all facilities
- Serve as the business leader for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central warehouse processes
- Drive warehouse KPIs, cycle counts, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Operations, Production, Purchasing, Finance, Shipping, and Customer Service
- Lead warehouse strategy, warehouse layout optimization, and material flow improvements
- Travel regularly to Phoenix and Louisville to support warehouse teams and ensure operational consistency

Requirements:What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys building high-performing warehouse organizationsnot simply maintaining them.
The ideal candidate has:
- Multi-site warehouse leadership experience
- Strong ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred)
- Deep expertise in inventory management and materials flow
- Experience leading warehouse supervisors and managers
- Manufacturing or production environment experience
- Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- A willingness to travel between our three facilities
District Photo Inc.
Founded in 1949 by Melvin Cohen as a small black & white photo lab, the business grew during the last half of the 20th century into a large wholesale photofinishing lab serving mid-Atlantic retailers and a national mail order film business. In the late 1990's under Neil Cohens leadership, DPI acquired a photo business in the UK and has transitioned from a mid-Atlantic film developing lab to multiple state-of-the-art digital labs shipping millions of photos worldwide every day.
Today, District is one of the largest variable data printing companies in the world as their facilities comprise over a million square feet of manufacturing space with a global reach that sets them apart in the digital printing market. With 7 production fulfillment facilities located in the United States (MD, PA, KY, AZ), England, the Czech Republic & Australia, District Photo is the leader in creating photo-based products as they deliver millions of prints, greeting cards, books, calendars, blankets, mugs, and other gift items yearly.
