Customer Success Manager (New York City Metropolitan Area)

About the job
Join a fintech startup automating accounts receivable for B2B companies, founded by a former YC founder with a prior exit and growing 15-20% month over month. As the founding Customer Success Manager, you'll own the post-sale customer experience and help shape how the company onboards, retains, and grows its customers.
Key responsibilities- Own onboarding and implementation for new customers
- Drive product adoption, retention, and expansion across the customer base
- Act as the voice of the customer to product and leadership
- Build early customer success playbooks and processes
- Customer success or account management experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Comfortable with technical products and finance/AR workflows
- College degree
- Able to work in person in New York City, 5 days a week
- $100,000 base salary
- $160,000 OTE
- Founding CS role with direct influence on the customer experience
- Early team at a company growing 15-20% month over month
- AlwaysHired 15-minute phone screen
- 30-minute video interview with the CEO
- In-person onsite in New York (~2.5 hours) with the founding team
