Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join a restoration team as a Full-Time Dispatcher. This position serves as the communication hub between customers, field technicians, project managers, and vendors, ensuring emergency and scheduled restoration services are coordinated efficiently and effectively.

Duties:
• Receive and manage incoming service calls and restoration requests.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority, availability, and location.
• Maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, project managers, and vendors.
• Monitor job progress and update schedules as needed.
• Enter and maintain accurate job information in company software.
• Assist with customer communication regarding service timelines and updates.
• Coordinate emergency response services, including after-hours calls when necessary.
• Track work orders, job statuses, and technician schedules.
• Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all projects.
• Provide professional customer service during stressful situations.
• Assist with reporting and daily operational activities.
• Other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or emergency situations.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing schedules.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, administrative, or restoration industry experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.


Pay:
Starting at $25.00 per hour


Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday - Friday, standard business hours
Occasional after-hours or on-call support may be required based on business needs
