Now Hiring Restaurant Management including Designated General Managers and Assistant Managers – Join the IHOP Team!

Pay: $55,000–$70,000/year

Polk County | Hillsborough County | Pinellas County | Pasco County

The Designated General Manager oversees daily operations for assigned restaurant locations, focusing on team training, guest experience, food quality, and operational performance.

The Assistant Manager works closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, maintain brand standards, and support employee development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations and support a positive team culture
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently met
• Help manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and restaurant performance
• Resolve guest concerns and create a welcoming dining experience

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
