Description:
• The Clinical Nurse Associate in the Medical Surgical discipline is a full-time position located in Yonkers, NY, requiring onsite presence.
• The role involves providing clinical leadership during the 03:00pm-11:00pm shift with varying workdays and alternating weekends.
• The position focuses on ensuring safe, patient-centered care in a medical-surgical setting.

Requirements:
• Accountability for unit operations and performance across all shifts
• Execution and validation of operational, quality, and patient experience standards
• Clinical and operational leadership during assigned shifts
• Collaboration with Nursing Leadership for staffing and skill mix
• Management of real-time staffing challenges and patient flow
• Conducting patient experience rounds and initiating service recovery
• Monitoring key performance indicators and supporting performance improvement

Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN), active and in good standing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of acute care clinical experience
• Prior charge nurse, coordinator, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and operational leadership skills
• National Certification in Nursing Leadership or clinical specialty preferred
