Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ICU team is committed to providing compassionate and attentive care to patients and their families during critical moments. Candidates must have experience in a high-acuity environment, showcasing their ability to manage complex patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients with diverse needs.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Perform advanced procedures including central line insertions, arterial lines, and chest tube insertions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and interventions accurately using Meditech.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Previous ICU experience required.
• Ability to work a minimum of four weekend shifts within the four-week schedule.
