This Glendale branch has evolved into a strategic hub, consolidating operations and significantly increasing shipment volumes. We need a hands-on leader who can balance time on the production floor with strategic planning — someone who leads from the front while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

Monitor and improve key metrics: on-time delivery, safety, customer service, and production goals

Implement systematic processes using ERP systems (Sightline experience a plus)

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered

7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or operations leadership

Proven track record of holding teams accountable while fostering development

Proficiency with ERP systems

Hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking

Experience meeting production goals and monitoring KPIs

Strong inventory management skills
