JFC Global is partnering with a growing real estate organization in York, PA to hire a Senior Accountant for a key role within its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants broad accounting exposure, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is looking for a position with long-term advancement potential into a Controller role.

You'll work closely with leadership while supporting accounting across multiple operating entities, giving you exposure to a more complex environment and the opportunity to expand your skills as the organization continues to grow.



What You'll Do

• Handle general ledger accounting and support the monthly close process across entities
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements
• Manage accounts payable, credit card activity, expense reports, and intercompany transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate account records
• Allocate job and development-related costs appropriately across entities and projects
• Assist with internal financial reporting and ongoing accounting processes
• Review payroll information for accuracy prior to management approval
• Assist with basic HR administration, including new-hire setup and employee communications
• Take on additional accounting responsibilities as you grow within the organization

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred
• Solid general ledger and month-end close experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working within a multi-entity and somewhat complex accounting environment
• Real estate, property management, construction, HVAC, or other service-industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Candidates with strong relevant experience who do not meet every preferred qualification are still encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $75,000-$90,000+ bonus potential
