BCBA – School-Based Opportunity – East Cleveland, OH

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based opportunity in East Cleveland, OH for the upcoming school year.

This position offers the opportunity to support students and staff across multiple campuses while providing behavioral consultation, supervising RBTs, and implementing evidence-based behavior interventions. The selected BCBA will play a key role in improving student outcomes and supporting behavioral programming throughout the district.

Position Details

• Location: East Cleveland, OH

• Start Date: September 28, 2026

• Duration: 39 Weeks

• Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week

• Pay: $65/hour

• Full School-Year Contract

Assignment Overview

• Provide BCBA services across 4 school sites

• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments

• Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Provide staff training and behavior consultation

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• School-based experience preferred

• Experience supervising RBTs preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field

• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools

• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
