Duties/Responsibilities: Take inbound calls from direct mail leads Call clients that contacted us and asked to speak to a representative No cold calling Engage with potential clients to tailor a solution to suit their financial needs Learn to become an effective closer Great follow-up skills and pipeline management Experience with CRM software and how they function Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives. Ability to design and implement effective training and development. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
