Primary Function: This position is responsible fortraveling to clients and sites to provide service and repairs on emergency vehicles and ambulances. Key Responsibilities Ability to respond to roadside service calls for emergency vehicles and ambulances. Communicate professionally with customers and internal team to ensure a high level of service is delivered with each service call. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, air brake, suspension and lighting issues. Perform emergency roadside repairs accurately and timely. Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of work performed and completion repair orders electronically. Maintain a clean, organized and well stocked service vehicle. Pick up and deliver emergency vehicles and ambulances to and from customer locations. Operate a forklift as needed (or willingness to be trained). Perform basic vehicle checks and report any issues. Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies. All other duties as assigned. Requirements: Valid CDL Class B license (required) Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 75 lbs Dependable and able to work independently Strong attention to safety and detail Experience: High School Diploma or GED, 3 years of vehicle repair and service work.
