Bring your strategic mindset and innovative ideas to help ALLO grow.RESPONSIBILITIES:Source and build a robust talent pipeline through creative recruiting strategies to attract both passive and non-passive candidates to ALLO opportunities.Be the face of ALLO by building community relationships and promoting our brand.Partner with hiring managers to ensure seamless and successful hiring outcomes.Act as a culture champion, ensuring every hire aligns with ALLO’s values.Manage the hiring process from screening, interviews and offers.Stay compliant with employment laws and company policies.EDUCATION:College degree or equivalent experienceEXPERIENCE:2+ years in high-volume or technical recruitingPlus proven experience recruiting for a broad spectrum of roles, ranging from high-volume hiring to technical and sales positionsSKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:Solution-focused to implement creative strategies to bring top talent to ALLOIndependent, self-motivated, and highly organizedClear communicator with exceptional time managementAgile, adaptable, and able to navigate changing prioritiesCollaborative and excellent team playerREQUIREMENTS:Raise objects up to 25 lbs.Remain stationary for extended periodsAbility to communicate informationAbility to operate a computerPossess/maintain a Valid Driver's LicenseTravel requirement 10%People are our passion.
