Position: Warehouse & Administrative Coordinator in fullfillment center

Location: Centralia, IL 62801

Hours: The scheduled days for Admin Position are Monday to Saturday (6 days) every week. We are open on Saturday’s too however it’s a half day on Saturday.

Hours:

Monday to Friday = 10 AM until 6:30/7pmish

Saturday = 9:30 AM until 1pm/2pish PM

There will be OT.

Pay: $17.14 p/hr

Responsibilities

• Print orders, pick lists, shipping labels, and warehouse paperwork.

• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and enter operational/inventory data.

• Organize records and provide general administrative support.

• Monitor office and warehouse supplies and notify management before restocking is needed.

• Assist with order, shipping, and inventory documentation.

Requirements

• Strong organization and attention to detail.

• Good communication and ability to work independently.

• Basic/intermediate Microsoft Excel and computer skills are a bonus
