Charge Nurse - ICU, Nights

This role involves coordinating the delivery of high-quality nursing care across all patient age groups and managing operational issues during shifts. It includes providing clinical care as needed, communicating patient and departmental concerns, and serving as a resource and guidance for staff. The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, at least 1 year of hospital experience. Required licenses include RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and specialty certifications relevant to the unit, such as NRP, PEARS, and Chemotherapy/Biotherapy. Additional responsibilities encompass ensuring ethical practice, promoting safety, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to quality nursing standards.
