Design Engineer

What You'll Do Design & Deliver : Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and computations for roadway, drainage, and geometric design using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design tools. Collaborate & Communicate : Work closely with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations. Problem Solve & Innovate : Research and resolve design and construction challenges, assist with environmental studies, permits, and construction schedules. Lead & Mentor : Senior candidates will manage projects, lead teams, and mentor junior staff, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. What We\'re Looking For Education : Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. Experience : Project Engineer: 3–10 years of experience with PE license or ability to obtain within one year. Senior Project Engineer / Manager: 10+ years of experience with PE license (required). Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation; strong communication, organization, and time management; ability to balance multiple priorities. Eligibility : Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
