Responsibilities Run pre-set appointments provided by the company. Inspect the property and identify project needs and close deals. Develop and nurture relationships through effective communication, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer interactions, and manage sales pipelines efficiently. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills during conversations with prospects to move them through the sales funnel confidently. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and industry trends to provide valuable insights during customer interactions. Experience Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or any sales within a construction or similar environment. Strong communication skills in English or Spanish, with the ability to articulate sales concepts clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated success in resilience and grit for maintaining performance through frequent rejections and high-pressure environments. Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally while providing exceptional customer service. Prior experience with negotiation, marketing, and collaboration will set candidates apart.
