Key Responsibilities: Provide chairside assisting during dental procedures Capture high-quality dental X-rays (must be X-ray certified) Prepare materials, instruments, and treatment rooms Educate patients on procedures and post-care instructions Update patient records and support Dentrix documentation Assist with sterilization and infection control protocols Support the dentist and team with daily clinical flow Qualifications: PA Registered Dental Assistant ( required ) 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant X-ray certification ( required ) Familiarity with Dentrix ( preferred but not a requirement ) Strong communication and patient care skills Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Compensation: $18–$21 per hour Monthly performance bonuses Flexible schedule (4-day or 5-day workweek) No nights.
