Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts, including varying hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed. Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues. Accurately complete planograms and resets promptly. Perform store measurements and cycle counts accurately. Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang signage. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate. Ensure customers have a unique shopping experience that sets us apart. Provide peak coverage when required (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Other duties may be assigned. Required Qualifications Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Preferred Skills and Abilities Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution. Self-directed with minimal assistance needed. Working Conditions Mostly indoor environment with moderate noise. Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store. Travel between stores using personal vehicle; long periods expected. Maintain safety and adhere to safety guidelines. Work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature. Physical Requirements Travel as needed within the district. Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment. Lift or reach overhead occasionally. Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders regularly. Access all store areas safely. Operate store equipment including computers and cash registers. Read, write, and count accurately for documentation. Handle contact with birds/poultry. Complete all training successfully. Operate equipment like dollies, handtrucks, forklifts, balers, computers, and registers (forklift and baler not for under 18). Lifting up to 50 pounds. Drive vehicles. Stand, walk, reach overhead, and transfer merchandise. Move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoor areas. Disclaimer This overview is not exhaustive.
