Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring Full-Time General Production Team Members for our client in Madison, Alabama.

Pay rate: Starting at $15 - 16 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift 7:00PM-3:45AM
Location: Madison, Alabama
This position is in a typical Manufacturing Environment Emphasizing teamwork, safety, training, and disciple.
- Follows Standard Work Process. Performs a specific task or a number of predetermined tasks in the assembly process.
- Performs repetitive tasks such as attaching or affixing pre-manufactured components and parts to main product as it moves through the production line.
- Prepares parts for shipment.
- Shipping and Receiving material handling.
- Notifies Team Leader of defective parts, equipment, tools, materials, nonstandard assembly work or other conditions, which hinder the assembly process.
- Participates in group meetings in order to exchange any job-related information and quality standards are being consistently met.
- Ensures that the time, material and waste is minimized.
- Other duties as required insuring that Vuteq meets and exceeds our customer expectations and needs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Should have strong hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to operate various assembly tools.
- Sufficient physical reflexes and personal mobility.
- Must be a team player and communicate effectively with all Team members as well as communicate issues to Supervisor immediately.
- Assist in continuous improvement and be adaptable to change (including new ideas, projects and practices).
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in the English language
- Must be able to work on their feet for long periods of time and will be required to lift up-to 35lbs, 75% of the time.
