Theori is seeking its first in-house Founding Recruiter to build the recruiting function for our North American team as it scales. You will own full-cycle recruiting across sales, marketing, operations, and engineering, from intake through day one, and set up the process, tooling, and hiring manager habits that let us hire well at pace. You’ll thrive if you’ve built recruiting at an early-stage company, move fast without lowering the bar, and can hold a technical conversation with a security #J-18808-Ljbffr Theori, Inc.
