We're looking for an educator who can create an engaging classroom where children build confidence, independence, friendships, and important early academic skills through purposeful play and hands-on learning. Key Responsibilities Lead daily routines and learning experiences in a Preschool classroom Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum Create engaging activities supporting early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development Encourage independence, communication, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive guidance Observe children's development and maintain required classroom documentation Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families Guide and collaborate with classroom support teachers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment Follow Idaho childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous professional preschool, daycare, childcare, or early childhood experience strongly preferred Experience working with children ages 3-4 preferred Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related credentials are a plus Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to meet Idaho childcare licensing requirements What We Offer Competitive pay of $17-$20 per hour, based on experience and credentials Consistent Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM schedule Paid training and professional development Employee childcare discount Curriculum, classroom resources, and leadership support Collaborative teaching environment Opportunities for continued professional growth and advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
