Being detail oriented, a team player, and good at communicating is the name of the game on the Fulfillment Team. A desire to analyze your own work under a microscope and make adjustments on the fly is a plus! This role requires consistent collaboration with our experienced Fulfillment and Sales teams to deliver best in class products. Responsibilities Weigh and package cannabis products for sale including but not limited to flower, prerolls, & concentrates Prepare orders for shipment to dispensaries including applying stickers to packages and sorting orders according to shipping manifests Timely completion of work per schedule and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow Communicate with support teams and management continuously regarding product and trim quality Keep documented logs and notes of product to help the Grow Team and Sales Team continuously improve our product and processes Maintain a clean workspace at all times by regularly sanitizing tools and equipment to ensure sanitary practices Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned by your supervisor/manager as needed Requirements Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team Be a reliable team player Positive attitude day in and day out Work effectively with minimal supervision Ability to work well under pressure Experience in an agricultural setting is a plus, but not required Marijuana product knowledge and passion is a plus, but not required Serve as role model for other employees and encourage adherence to safety practices, policies, and procedures Have strong service and quality focus. Address issues effectively when problems arise and take initiative to understand the root cause, then communicate / educate the team in a timely manner. Additional Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older to apply Must be able to work overtime as needed Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
