Apply now to embark on an exciting career with us.We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to drive the digital transformation of our clients' IT environments. Acting as the project manager, this role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all project deployment, ensuring seamless integration across teams and technologies.The Project Manager plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with project scope, quality standards, and delivery timelines. This includes managing hybrid delivery models—Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall—to meet evolving client needs and ensure platform readiness.Coordinate cross-stream deliveries by aligning timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure seamless integration across all project components. Manage and adapt delivery frameworks including Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies, tailoring approaches to suit project needs and organizational standards. Define and synchronize business releases by establishing release calendars, milestones, and communication plans that align with strategic objectives. Serve as the primary interface with client IM teams to validate platform readiness and ensure alignment with technical and business requirements. Lead EIS readiness and CutOver planning, overseeing execution activities, risk mitigation, and contingency strategies for successful deployment. Implement and enforce formal validation processes to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and stakeholder expectations.Proven experience in release management, ideally within large-scale digital transformation or post-merger integration programs Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field Agile or SAFe certification preferred; additional certifications such as PMP or ITIL are a plus Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams Skilled in release planning, methodology alignment, and ensuring platform readiness across delivery cycles Fluent in English (required); French language skills are an asset.Competitive salary and annual performance bonus Excellent training, development, and career advancement opportunities, with active support to strengthen your skills in a caring, collaborative, and inclusive company culture Provided equipment to ensure optimal productivitySopra Steria is an equal opportunity employer.
