Sales Executive

The Role We need someone who can sell what we build. Full-cycle sales: cold outreach to signed contract. You're the bridge between our technical capabilities and the clients who need them. Responsibilities Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and strategic social presence Assess client needs and craft proposals that solve real problems Negotiate terms and close deals Maintain CRM records and deliver accurate pipeline reporting Serve as primary client liaison through project kickoff Qualifications 2+ years B2B sales experience (digital/agency preferred) Proven track record closing deals independently Strong written and verbal communication CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Self-directed with excellent time management Compensation 12% commission per closed project, paid in phases.
