Responsibilities Coach staff to deliver great customer service. Produce high quality food and maintain clean, sanitary conditions. Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience and ensure consistent brand standards. Manage cash handling and follow the Learning Management System Training Program. Develop staff for career growth and enforce policies and procedures. Participate in local and national marketing initiatives and build sales. Ensure establishment cleanliness and proper sanitation practices. Be certified in all four positions of the restaurant. Communicate effectively with management and provide leadership by example. Maintain a sense of urgency and manage a team of 2-5 people. Key holder duties and responsibilities for opening and closing the store. Bake bread, slice, and perform all prep work as required. Ensure the store is noticeably cleaner than others and present a clean, fitted, and pressed uniform. Shift Leader Expectations Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance, unless a medical exemption is provided. Work 38-40 hours per week. Use reliable transportation to commute to the store. Communicate any issues to GM/AGM/DM. Lead by example in quality and customer interaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year QSR experience preferred. Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer. Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler. Reliable transportation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
