Physical Therapist

Position Overview Responsible for providing and coordinating physical therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, evaluates patients, and adjusts interventions to meet their needs. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care. Supervises assistants and students, maintains documentation, and ensures safe use of equipment. Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth and adheres to safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients through various sources and develop personalized treatment programs. Implement therapy using functional activities tailored to patient capabilities. Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports accurately. Coordinate with healthcare team and communicate patient progress effectively. Supervise support staff and students, ensuring quality patient care. Maintain knowledge of equipment usage and safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills Active state license as a Physical Therapist. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Visual acuity and hearing ability sufficient to perform job functions.
